Kimberley Cole’s career in the public service/non-profit arena spans over 17 years, with 13 of those years spent working in the affordable housing industry. She currently serves as the Director of Planning at the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA)—a role in which she leads the development and implementation of major agency strategic initiatives.
In 2005, Kim decided to broaden her impact in the affordable housing industry by establishing the LewisCole group, LLC (LCG) —an MBE/DBE certified small business that provides management support and technical assistance to public housing authorities. As Managing Principal of LCG, Kim chartered an organizational course that has resulted in LCG supporting various public housing authorities in their pursuit of excellence, including DCHA, the Newark Housing Authority, the Philadelphia Housing Authority, and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City.
