Charles Flint is the Legislative Director and Counsel for Congressman Marsha Blackburn, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Communications and Technology in the U.S. House of Representatives. He advises Congressman Blackburn on telecommunications, technology, and intellectual property issues, manages her legislative aides and develops the office’s policy agenda. He has worked on Capitol Hill for approximately five years and also served as Legislative Counsel to Florida Congressman Dennis Ross. Prior to coming to Capitol Hill, Mr. Flint was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted misdemeanors, felonies, and crimes against children. He also has a private practice background in insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Flint is a 2004 graduate of Albany Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in New York, Florida, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
